Nancy is an active individual who loves nursing, photography, flying, and music. She is originally from Greensboro, North Carolina. Nancy has lived in the southwest for many years, including Arizona several times in the past. She recently returned to the Panhandle of Texas, the Amarillo area, where she lives for the four seasons. Nancy is a retired nurse of over 45 years and loves animals. Having had 11 horses and many dogs, she has enjoyed her time volunteering at a Spay and Neuter Clinic a couple of days a week and hopes to become more involved in Amarillo. In her downtime, she enjoys photography, drone flying, and playing handbells as a soloist for churches and community groups. Photography and flying have always been an important part of her life. She became a nurse, then was excited to begin flying as a flight nurse. Nancy also received her private pilot's license, and then turned to drone flying to integrate her flying with her photography. Before becoming more involved in drone flying and photography, Nancy retired from nursing where she held several leadership positions in Healthcare Management and also worked in flight nursing, ICU, Emergency Department, and Surgery for over 40 years. She has also proudly served her country as a Captain in the North Carolina Air National Guard as a flight nurse. Her love is helping others, making people laugh, living life to the fullest, and of course, ringing handbells, taking photos, and flying her drone. Nancy and her husband share a small Ranch in Amarillo with several miniature dachshunds.
